Partner with TRZ

License the
standard.

TRZ builds the recovery footprint, runs it, and then teaches other operators to run it to the same standard — under licence, under certification, and under audit. We keep the standard, the operator network and the category.

The model

  • License

The protocols, the spec, the pricing architecture, the brand.

  • Certify

We train the people who will actually run the room.

  • Audit

The mark stays attached to the inspection, not the signature.

The standard

What we are
actually licensing

The equipment is available to anybody. The standard is the part that is hard to copy, and it is the part that keeps a venue calling you back.

  • 01

    Staffed, not stocked

A recovery footprint is a service, not a rental. Every certified site is run by trained operators who set the dose, watch the athlete and adjust — because a room full of equipment nobody operates is the failure mode this category keeps repeating.

  • 02

    One protocol, everywhere

Same modalities, same dosing, same intake conversation, whichever site an athlete walks into. A standard only means something if it is identical in two cities on the same weekend.

  • 03

    Honest about the evidence

Certified operators are taught what each modality supports and where the research is thin, and are expected to say so to an athlete's face. Overclaiming is the fastest way to lose a venue.

  • 04

    Audited, not assumed

Certification is a renewable status with an inspection behind it, not a one-off badge. Sites that drift out of standard get corrected or lose the mark.

The model

License, certify, audit

TRZ is not stepping back from operating. We run our own sites, and what we learn running them is what gets written into the standard other operators licence.

  1. License

An operator licenses the TRZ standard for a territory or an event series: the protocols, the equipment specification, the layout, the intake, the pricing architecture and the brand.

  2. Certify

TRZ trains and certifies the people who will actually run the room — staffing model, session delivery, athlete screening, and when to turn someone away.

  3. Audit

Delivery is checked against the standard on a renewing cycle. The mark stays attached to the audit, not to the signature on the original agreement.

Why this order matters. Plenty of operators will take a venue and put equipment in it. Very few will staff it and run sessions. We operate it, we prove it, and only then do we certify somebody else to do it — which is also why we keep running our own sites rather than licensing our way out of the work.

The licence

What a certified
site gets

Everything needed to open and hold the standard. Territories and event series are scoped individually.

  • The full operating playbook — protocols, dosing, intake and session flow
  • Operator training and certification for your staff
  • Equipment specification and layout for the footprint you are running
  • Pricing architecture built around repeat visits rather than one-off sessions
  • Use of the TRZ mark for as long as the site holds certification
  • Scheduled audit and re-certification

A separate track

The recovery sponsor category

Sponsorship of the recovery category is its own agreement, and it is not the licence. A category partner holds recovery as an exclusive presence across the events and venues in scope — the athlete-facing footprint, the branding on it, and the right to be the only recovery brand in the room.

It is deliberately kept separate from the operator licence. An operator licences the right to deliver to the standard; a category partner buys the category. They are different products with different buyers, and we do not bundle them.

Category Partner

  • Exclusive recovery category across the events in scope
  • Athlete-facing recovery footprint, staffed to the standard
  • Brand presence on the footprint and in athlete communications
  • Term and territory scoped per agreement
